The Khomas Regional Council Directorate of Education collects learner and guardian information solely to process school admissions.
Learner identity and date of birth, the Unique Identifier (UID), parent or guardian contact details, residential information, and supporting documents you provide (such as the birth certificate, proof of residence and previous school report).
To verify eligibility, allocate places fairly with first priority to Khomas residents (clause 3.1), prevent duplicate placements, and produce the consolidated admissions report required by the Directorate.
Access is role-based. A school sees only its own applicants; a circuit inspector sees only schools in their circuit; the Directorate sees the region. Every decision and change is recorded on an audit trail.
You may ask the capturing school or the Directorate to correct inaccurate information held about a learner. Information is retained only as long as needed for the admissions cycle and official record keeping.
